Pet Policy
Pets will be an additional $30.00 for one pet and $60.00 for two pets, per month and payment is to be included with rent at the beginning of each month. Weight and breed type restrictions apply. Animals 70 pounds and over are not permitted. There is a limit of two pets per unit. A non-refundable fee of $200.00 for one pet and $400.00 for two pets. Failure to pick up your pets’ waste on the property may result in a fine not less than $25.00 per occurrence. Exotic pets, such as snakes, rodents, uncaged birds, reptiles, insects, ferrets, spiders etc. will not be permitted.
